gatecrash weekend
for our own security, i won't reveal what parties we went to.
there were 2 parties over early this month that required a fee. trixie and i decided to gate crash, and if successful, it will be posted here.
so now you know how that turned out to be.
but why gate crash?
both parties required registration fees (i know: it's that kind of party). cheapskates? not really. just practical.
party #1 had us a bit doubtful of the crowd. we wanted to see our contemporaries and P400 was not worth it if trix and i would be sharing a table alone.
where party #1 had us hoping we'd see people we know, party #2 had us hoping we'd see people we like. P500 wasn't worth it if you'd stay for <1hr.>and we got our non-existent money's worth. we saw no one of interest to us there.
but we got to bring home balloons.
